WiMAX Forum

This website ushered in a newer, web 2.0 feel for the WiMAX Forum website, which used to reside on a proprietary CMS and gave staff members limited editing capabilities. The new site, built on Drupal 6 featured easy to update content, a reorganization of content, and jquery features like rotating images and news trickers.

A product showcase was also built to display all the WiMAX products on the market. Custom search fields were made for this section of the site so that people could filter by types of products, certification numbers, dates and other variables.

Staff members were given training and and interface so that they could update news items, update WiMAX Forum event listings and people in the industry could post press releases to the site for consideration by our staff. Sections of the site were also built to be exclusive to WiMAX Forum members.
